There’s absolutely no restriction or limitation of movement at 2:07 if you notice the tape completely bunches and shifts! My U12 athletes manage to tape themselves better than this. Poor example.

i will do the anchor over ACJ first, then wrap along elbow.
In his practice, the anchoring will easy be loosen and act like immobilization to some degree.

this bloke knows nothin… first he is usin ridged tape which does nothin coz once it brakes it doess nothin and it gives u no movement and 2ndly his tapin technique is totally wrong
